Montessori Math Counting Game for Practice with the Colored Bead Stair

It can be played independently or with a partner, and is perfect as a work choice in a Montessori classroom, or as a center in a mainstream classroom. Not only is it a fun game, it also reinforces the quantity of 100, one-to-one correspondence, and subitizing. It's also perfect as a 100 Day activity! Try the Christmas version in December for a little seasonal fun.

You get a recording sheet and child-friendly instructions sheet for the individual and partner versions of the game. You also get a Colored Bead Stair reference poster for students to refer to when they play the game. All components of the game are 8.5" x 11." The only other materials needed are dice and colored pencils.
